ICE Arrests 91 People During Five-Day Span in New Jersey
Last week, 91 individuals were taken into custody in New Jersey by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the time period of 5 days.
The police targeted individuals with immigration violations. More than half of the individuals arrested were convicted criminals and had felony convictions.
Given below is the information of some of the individuals who were taken into custody.
Saddle Brook, 46, has convictions of aggravated assault and pending charges for aggravated sexual assault of a minor.
Elizabeth, 42, was convicted of homicide.
Cloyd Edralin, 47, had a conviction of possession of an airsoft gun.
A 47-year-old Honduran national has convictions of endangering the welfare of a child.
A 54-year-old Dominican national has convictions of kidnapping.
A 41-year-old Mexican national has a conviction of sexual harassment.
A 24-year-old Jamaican national was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness.
22-year-old and 23-year-old El Salvadorian nationals were members of the MS-13 gang.
A 45-year-old Pakistani national has convictions of money laundering and theft.
A 26-year-old El Salvadorian national was convicted of narcotics and firearm trafficking.
Perth Amboy, 32, has convictions of:
- Possession of cocaine.
- Domestic violence assault.
- Trespassing.
39-year-old previously removed Venezuelan national has multiple convictions including:
- Aggravated assault.
- Resisting arrest by force.
- Possession of a weapon.
- Distribution of heroin.
All arrested individuals will go through removal proceedings in court before they will be removed from the U.S.
