33-Year-Old Woman Who Killed NJ Minister Gets At Least 8 Years In Prison
On 31st of May, Amy Dell was convicted of aggravated vehicular homicide in relation to the wrong-way crash that left a New Jersey ordained minister, Bruce Ham, dead.
She was sentenced to 8 1/3 to 25 years in state prison on Monday.
The 33-year-old woman killed 58-year-old Bruce Ham on 8th of May 2015 while driving under the influence of alcohol on an upstate New York highway. She has been sentenced to at least 8 years in prison.
According to a report, the accident happened at about 3 a.m. after Dell had been bar-hopping. She behaved aggressively with the cops, showed them her middle finger and shouted vulgar words for the investigators. She was asked to give a breath sample for breathalyzer testing which she refused so she was forced to give a blood sample under an order from a judge.
